Meccalte 2-Pole Synchronous Self-Regulated Brushless Generator Alternator.
The ''portable'' generators are single phase machines, without brushes, with a high operating reliability, as a result of accurate design and years of research and experience in the construction of electric machines.
No maintenance is required because there are neither collectors nor sliding contacts. Special care has been taken about the design and performance in order to improve their connection to the engine, according to any constructive shape forecast.
This unit is designed to be fitted to an engine of 6.5hp or above with a 3/4 inch taper shaft (j609a coupling). Check the attached technical drawing to match against your existing coupling. If a different coupling is required, please contact us for availability. This alternator can also be run via a belt a pulley with a bearing kit.
Suitable engines include Honda GX200, Briggs & Stratton XR950
