Hand-held internal vibrator for compacting and venting fresh concrete. The IR800 is suitable for small to medium-sized areas, strip foundations as well as for deeper point foundations.
Due to the particularly slim vibrating body (35 mm) it is very well suited for close-knit testing, where larger vibrating bodies can no longer be used due to the limited space available. (e.g. when concreting fence posts, narrow walls and columns)

With its motor power of 800 W, the BAUMAX® IR800 is one of the most powerful one-hand concrete aerators in this class. The relatively high motor power
leads to a significantly increased duty cycle when using a vibrating bottle of 35 mm Ø and 2.0 m hose length than with less powerful devices.

Handling:

The BAUMAX® IR800 is equipped as standard with a vibration hose with a flexible shaft of 2.0 m length (incl. Vibrating bottle). With this working
length, point and strip foundations and even switched-in fence posts can be easily vented. You don't have to bend down with floor slabs either.
The vibrating bottle has a diameter of 35 mm and is therefore particularly well suited for close-knit testing (such as for fence posts, columns, etc. ...)
The level hose is cleaned very quickly after work is done, since the hose is reinforced from the inside and no outer metal
spiral needed for reinforcement. With the locking button on the on / off switch, the IR800 can be switched to continuous operation, which makes work much easier.

Safety:

Increased safety standards were taken as a basis for the further development of the BAUMAX® inner vibrator series. This is absolutely unique in this price segment.
While other devices of this type only have protective insulation (protection against touching electrical, live parts),
this does not go far enough for vibrating bottles that are operated under very humid conditions. The BAUMAX® series of internal vibrators always
has an earth cable in addition to the standard protective insulation, which is connected to the IR800 and IR600 on the front housing part with connection to the vibration hose.
Furthermore, a residual current circuit breaker is also used on the connection cable, because despite the legal requirement for residual current circuit breakers in house connections
"wild" (not VDE-compliant) construction power cabling can still be found and this increases the safety of the operator enormously in such cases. These
increased safety standards have currently only been implemented for BAUMAX® single-handed internal vibrators.
